Prepaid Services Company Ltd. is an international company that is leading the way with online prepaid payment solutions with the products Cash-Ticket and paysafecard.

The holding company, paysafecard.com Wertkarten AG with Headquarters in Vienna, was established in 2000. Over the last eight years, the company pioneered and led the way to become Europe’s leading provider of prepaid payments solutions with over 37 million payment transactions to-date; more than 15 million payment transactions in the year 2008 solely.

Prepaid Services Company Ltd. is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) as an Electronic Money issuer. This is a key milestone, as the company is not dependent on other banking institutions to facilitate its expansion plans to new markets across Europe. Prepaid Services Company Ltd. meets all the stringent requirements for  applying for the e-money licence. Only companies that undergo diligent financial auditing and meet the strict criteria relating to systems and infrastructure are eligible to operate as an e-money issuer.
