  1. How do I use Cash-Ticket to pay on the internet?

    It's simple and convenient to use Cash-Ticket to pay at a lot of webshops of our partners; all you have to do is enter a 16-digit PIN code. You can combine up to ten Cash-Tickets for a single payment, thus enabling you to pay sums up to a maximum of € 1,000.

  2. What does "clearing" mean, and how long does it take for a sum to clear?

    As soon as you click "Pay" in your webshop's Cash-Ticket payment panel, the corresponding sum of money will enter the clearing process from your Cash-Ticket and will be set aside for transfer to the webshop. If there are exceptional circumstances (e.g. a technical problem) that make it impossible for the webshop to successfully carry out your transaction, then your account will be credited the sum in question. Your account is credited automatically, normally within two hours of your transaction. The credited amount is then at your disposal again on your Cash-Ticket.

    TIP: The precise length of time for a payment to be made can be seen under "Details" in the credit balance overview.

    If, at the end of this time, you cannot see the cleared sum on your Cash-Ticket, please send us an e-mail quoting your serial number and the user name you used when you first registered with the webshop.

  3. Why has a sum been deducted from my Cash-Ticket but not been credited to my account at the webshop?

    Errors like this only arise rarely; when they do, some kind of technical problem in the course of the transaction is generally the cause. If your payment has still not been credited to the webshop a short time later, please let us know as soon as you can.
    Simply e-mail us the following data relating to your Cash-Ticket transaction (you can find this data under "Detail" in the credit balance overview).

    We will happily contact the webshop on your behalf and arrange a repeat transaction. Please also let us know your e-mail address and your user name in the context of the webshop concerned.

    When buying a Cash-Ticket you will be charged an activation fee of €2. Apart from that, no other fees will be charged in the first 12 months. After 12 months from purchase there will be a maintenance fee of EUR 2 per month, which will be charged from your credit

    You can combine up to ten Cash-Tickets for a single payment, thus enabling you to pay sums up to a maximum of 1000 Euro. In the payments window, simply click on "Enter additional PINs".

    Tip: You can go to the Credit balance overview at any time to find out your current credit status.

  11. Is it possible to pay with Cash-Ticket in currencies other than Euro (e.g. US dollars, GBP etc.)?

    Yes, of course it's also possible to use Cash-Ticket to make payments in foreign currencies. Simply enter your Cash-Ticket PIN in the payments window of the webshop, and the sum will be converted automatically. The currencies accepted by Cash-Ticket and the current exchange rates are at your fingertips in the Currency converter.

  12. How do I get back my money when I remit my goods or when I cancel my flight?

    If your transaction is completely closed and the amount is credited to the webshops account it is not possible to reverse it to your Cash-Ticket. Please arrange the refund with the webshop.
