What are the pre-conditions for a partnership with Cash-Ticket?

Becoming a merchant partner with Cash-Ticket is a straight forward and easy process: merchants must first complete a merchant information form and send this to us via E-Mail . Following this, we we will then send you the test data. 

As part of our FSA membership with our own e-Money license for the EU, we are legally obliged to review each prospective partner before entering into an agreement with them. Therefore, please understand that this requires exact details on the Merchant Information Form. In addition, depending on the legal status of your company, we may have to request further documents as proof of your commercial or trade status. If this is the case, our sales team will contact you.

What are the costs?

There are no monthly fixed costs with Cash-Ticket. For each successful transaction an agreed percentage commission is charged. This commission currently stands at 2.95%. Depending on sales and average amount per transaction, other commission rates may come into play.

You benefit from the dense network of distributors of paysfecard group in Europe and South America. Cash-Tickets are available at kiosks, supermarkets and petrol stations and therefore makes it easy for your customers to shop on your webshop!

The direct integration of Cash-Ticket is free of charge until the 31st of December. Our partner payment service provider, shopping malls and softwarepartner also offer Cash-Ticket.

What is the settlement cycle?

Settlement is monthly, and is wired directly to your bank account within a period of 14 days from the last day of the month, as all sums must previously be collected from our physical outlets (e.g. post offices, railway stations, kiosks, etc.).

What is the exact integration procedure for direct integration?

1. 1. Send through the completed merchant information form and contract. In addition, depending on the legal status of your company, we may have to request further documents as proof of your commercial or trade status. If this is the case, our sales team will contact you.

2. You will receive an E-Mail with the test data.

3. The successful integration and internal testing by our support team is followed by transmission of the real-data. For that, please send an E-Mail to techsupport@ >Remove this< paysafecard.com.
